Bohan Xiao, MA, Medical Statistician, Executive Assistant to the Department Director, Trauma Centre, China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University (CJUH) from China. Xiao was graduated from School of Public health, Jilin University in 2010. Her main topic was Research on the Repair of Spinal Cord Ischemia Re-perfusion Injury by Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells. Then she studied in General Hospital of University of Southampton for two years for learning Public Health Nutrition. During 2013 to 2015, she worked in Disease Prevention Center of Changchun, in charge of infectious and chronic disease management, and emergency public health events. And later in 2016, she chose to return to campus and obtained qualification of MBA from School of Management of Jilin University. In the same year of 2016, she began to work in China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University until now. During 2016 to 2020, she served in the Department of Medical Affair Management and aimed in the discipline of management process re-engineering of emergency treatment and published series reports. Since the establishment of the trauma center CJUH in July 2020, she was assigned to join the centre as the management assistant. Meanwhile, she represented the centre in the national trauma data monitoring project, participated collecting local trauma data of the Northeast China, and have made significant contributions to the construction of trauma databases. in 2021, she obtained the national DRG coding technology qualification. In 2024, Xiao joined project of Construction of Specific Disease Database - Trauma in CJUH, and focused on coagulation dysfunction caused by transportation accident.
