Faustas Antanaitis is a practicing psyhologist in Vilnius, Lithuania. He is also currently a PhD student ar Mykolas Romeris University.
Faustas Antanaitis has completed his Master’s degree in “Applied criminal psychology” at Mykolas Romeris University in 2022. He was accepted in a PhD program in 2022 and is now continuing his scientific career by conducting research and writing scientific papers. The topic of his dissertation is “The relationship between childhood abuse and the intensity of dissociative experiences in later life: risk and protective factors”. He has currently two scientific articles on this topic under submission.
Since the completion of his Master‘s degree, Faustas Antanaitis is a practicing psychologist. He offers psychological counseling services to his clients. Given his field of forensic psychology, another part of his practice involves coducting psychological evaluations, analyses of documents and other provided materials, forming opinions and providing this information to the courts.
He is also a junior assistant at Mykolas Romeris University.
Faustas Antanaitis is participating in different local and international scientific conferences both, as a presenter and as a listener. He is also a member. He is also constantly improving his competence in the field by attending different symposiums.
His fields of interest includes topics, such as dissociation, adverse childhood experiences, forensic psychology, cognitive psychology.
Faustas Antanaitis is a member of several international societies, suchs as ISSTD.
While Faustas Antanaitis is just beginning his scientific and practical career, he is eager to learn and participate in different events, both – for his professional practice and scientific career.
