Colin A. Ross received his MD in medicine from the University of Alberta in 1981. He ran hospital-based Trauma Programs from 1991 to 2022 and a PHP/IOP for Trauma from 2000-2024. He is the author of 38 books and over 280 peer-reviewed papers and is a Past President of the ISSTD. He has spoken widely throughout North America and Europe and in China, Malaysia, New Zealand and Australia including being a keynote speaker at many conferences. Dr. Ross's books dealing with trauma and dissociation include: The Osiris Complex: Case Studies in Multiple Personality Disorder (1994); Satanic Ritual Abuse: Principles of Treatment (1995); Dissociative Identity Disorder, 2nd Edition, (1997); Schizophrenia: Innovations in Diagnosis and Treatment (2004); The C.I.A. Doctors (2006); The Trauma Model (2000/2007);Moon Shadows: Stories of Trauma and Recovery (2007); Trauma Model Therapy: A Treatment Approach for Trauma, Dissociation and Complex Comorbidity (2009); Military Mind Control: A Story of Trauma and Recovery (2009); Structural Dissociation: A Proposed Modification of the Theory (2013 ); Treatment of Dissociative Identity Disorder (2018); The Control of Eve: The True Story Behind the Three Faces of Eve (2017); and Be A Teammate With Yourself (2019). His other books deal with a wide range of topics including political satire, social commentary, poetry, short stories and collected essays. HIs literary books include five volumes of poetry, three volumes of political satire and social commentary, and titles including: Human Energy Fields, The Trump Card, Cancel Culture, 100 Things I Wonder About, Facemasks, the Wuhan Lab Leak and Other Catastrophes.
