Andraé graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Family Science from Utah Valley University in December 2023 and is currently pursuing a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northwestern University, reflecting her commitment to advancing her expertise in therapeutic practices and family dynamics.
Professionally, Andraé serves as the Program Manager for the HOPE Scholars Program at Utah Valley University. In this role, she oversees scholarship and mentoring initiatives for first-generation students, demonstrating her dedication to supporting underserved communities in higher education.
She also holds the position of Director of Education and Research for the Couples Topical Interest Network, part of the AAMFT, where she contributes to research and educational initiatives that advance the field of couples therapy.
In addition to these roles, Andraé is a Certified Family Life Educator - Provisional (CFLE-P) and actively participates in research as a Research Assistant to Dr. Jennifer VanBoxel, focusing on systemic interventions for complex trauma. Her academic achievements include being named to the Dean's List during her undergraduate studies, a testament to her scholarly excellence.
Though she has not yet published, Andraé is deeply engaged in academic research and is working towards future contributions to the field. She has completed extensive training in family therapy and educational support for first-generation students.
